Bedrooms
We offer large, bright, well-appointed rooms which all enjoy super views over the surrounding countryside. We have a mix of Double Rooms with king size beds or Twin Rooms with single beds, all with spacious en-suite facilities. All rooms are available for double or single occupancy and we can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

Breakfast at Braidwood Farm
We offer a choice of cereals and fruit juices, fresh fruit and yoghurt, home-made jams, and tea or coffee.
Our cooked breakfast option is scrambled eggs (organic sourced locally from Lamancha), streaky bacon (freerange from Kelso) with mushrooms and tomatoes. Vegetarian options catered for.
We also have our own spring water.
In order to comply with the terms of our insurance policy, we take no more than 6 guests B&B at a time.
