We offer large, bright, well-appointed rooms which all enjoy super views over the surrounding countryside. We have a mix of Double Rooms with king size beds or Twin Rooms with single beds, all with spacious en-suite facilities. All rooms are available for double or single occupancy and we can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

Braidwood Farm 3 Star Bed and Breakfast near Penicuik, Edinburgh
Irene and David welcome you to our home, Braidwood Farm, where we offer high standard, 3 star Bed and Breakfast in our comfortable and attractive modern farmhouse, set in 240 acres yet only 10 miles from Edinburgh City Centre. Ideal location in the peace and quiet of the countryside whether touring the Borders, or a day trip to the Gateway to the Highlands (the Trossachs, Perth or St. Andrews). Or just a short bus ride to Edinburgh for the Festivals, the Royal Yacht Britannia, Edinburgh Castle, the new Scottish Museum - the list is endless!
The farm is located within the Pentland Hills Regional Park, and is home to a wide variety of fauna including deer, badgers and foxes, buzzards, pheasants and heron, as well as our own Icelandic Sheep and Highland Cattle.
We have four bedrooms available, all en-suite, with new widescreen TVs for 2012; and we offer free wi-fi for those that need it!
We also have our own private water supply from our spring in the Pentland Hills.
